This book is about all the combinations that make up the number 7.

“Seven ducklings in a row. Count those ducklings as they go”-  Now place the finger      puppets on the felt board one at a time counting aloud 1 -7.

With each turn of the page filled with catchy rhythmic rhyming words, a new combination is       formed.  Use your finger puppets and move them to visually demonstrate the combinations: 6 + 1, 5 + 2, 4 + 3, 3 + 4, 2 + 5, 1 + 6
